M&E Construction Manager (Marine Construction)

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modelers in the design and coordination works.
Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
Supervise the progress of works on site.
Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
BCA M&E Certificate (mandatory)
Proficient in AutoCAD & Primavera
Strong design and technical knowledge
Minimum 10 years experience as M&E Manager in large-scale projects
Proven leadership & team management experience
Excellent communication skills to liaise with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues
Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regarded.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
