Inside Sales Executive (Order Fulfillment/ West) Ref: GAS - Bukit Batok

1. day work week: Mondays to Fridays

• West location; Accessible from Jurong East/ Lakeside MRT station

Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies for a wide variety of industries is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries via email, calls etc
• Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Global Team, Sales managers, Pricing Team to ensure quote win
• Clarify and address customers’ enquiry on price, inventory, quotes follow-up on potential orders and price negotiation
• Fill orders by completing orders to fulfilment, informing customers on expected delivery and any potential delays etc
• Work closely with internal departments (e.g. Sales Manager, Account manager) to offer alternatives to customers when required
• Update customers on their orders in a timely manner
• Review customer demand and forecasts; Work closely with the planner to support business growth/ needs
• Address and work closely with the Quality team any customer goods return due to quality, reject, claims to provide resolution
• Regular meet up with customers to review any New Product Introduction (NPI), market situation, forecast demand, orders and deliveries
• Compile and submit sales report to management on a regular basis
• Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in Engineering/ Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service/ customer support/ industrial distribution sales or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of JDE system will be advantageous
