Our client is on the hunt for a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive HR support across key functional areas, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Offboarding, and HR Operations.
What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and resume screening to interviewing and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and agencies when necessary.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires, including documentation, induction scheduling, and system access.
- Facilitate offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance processes, and knowledge transfers.
- Continuously improve onboarding and exit workflows to enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in collaboration with relevant government agencies.
- Support HR processes such as contract renewals, probation confirmations, and employee movement.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Generalist position brings a wealth of experience in both recruitment and operations.- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR generalist experience, with exposure to both recruitment and operations.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
