The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in physical trading within the refined products market, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, risk management, and commercial strategies.

• Trade naphtha and/or gasoline across key global markets, including Asia, Europe
• Develop and execute physical trading strategies to optimize profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with refiners, producers, trading houses, end-users, and financial institutions
• Monitor market trends, supply-demand fundamentals, refining margins, arbitrage opportunities, and pricing structures
• Manage trading books with a focus on risk management, hedging strategies, and exposure monitoring
• Work closely with operations, logistics, and risk management teams to ensure smooth execution of trades
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the trading portfolio

• 3+ years of experience in naphtha or gasoline trading
• Proven track record of profitability and risk management in trading light-end products
• Strong knowledge of supply chain dynamics, refining economics, arbitrage flows, and blending
• Existing relationships with key market players, including refiners, suppliers, and customers
• Proficiency in market analytics, pricing models, and trading tools
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
