Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will support all functions of purchasing and material procurement and assists purchasing manager with material orders, take offs, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily purchase order
- Upkeep of all purchasing documents
- Ensure correct delivery of goods ordered
- Filing of sales orders documents
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
Educational and Work experience- Similar work experience in purchasing in the food & beverage industry
- 6 days work - alternate saturday
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Meticulous and responsible
- Possess excellent bi- language skills (spoken and written). (Good written and verbal communication skills in local speaking clients regards in their sales orders matters)
