Business Development / Account Manager (Logistics/Supply Chain Industry) - M.LEE

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. You will build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee account strategies with support from teams across our network.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales growth through efficient processes and strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure they are met.
  • Lead customer proposals and presentations.
  • Plan and implement strategies to retain and grow accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalations.
  • Conduct business reviews and arrange meetings with customers face to face.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in account management or sales, preferably in a service industry.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage SME to MNC accounts and work with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain / logistics sector is a plus.
