Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support and manage day to day sales operation.
  • Processing of quotation, sales order, purchase order, delivery order and invoicing
  • Support the generation of sales either by cold calling or of incoming queries from different platform
  • Assist in providing effective solution that fit clients requirement.
  • Keep close connection with clients as required
  • Perform project coordination, ensuring project go as plan and on schedule.
  • Work closely with internal teams
  • Support the preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  • Work experience in sales administration / support function
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
