The Singtel Consumer Fixed and Broadband business is rapidly expanding its range of consumer networking equipment with the introduction of new WiFi standards and the shift to new Fibre symmetrical network technology. At Singtel, we have introduced tiered service levels and products to cater to different segments of the residential Broadband and fixed voice market.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be the business driver of our product strategy, and the person to define and deliver innovative products and campaigns to excite the market.
Make an Impact by- Drive the growth of Broadband and fixed voice subscription and related plans and products to the relevant consumer segments.
- Plan, Execute and Manage the product plans and roadmap for various consumer segments
- Market trend and competitor analysis
- Analysis of consumer behaviour and needs
- Manage promotions, pricing and positioning
- Develop Time-to-Market plans and ensure End-to-end product management to drive higher product and services penetration
- Executed cross-functional initiatives that require collaboration with teams, not limited to trade marketing, sales, marketing communications, digital performance and product development to craft products and services that exceed market expectations.
- Be able to build and defend business cases and evaluate financial impact of solutions
- Plan, develop and manage marketing programs and campaigns, using the broad spectrum of marketing activations to engage and build mindshare to support marketing strategy and business plans. Evaluate the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Manage Singtel Broadband Consumer base to achieve churn, recontracting, ARPU and upsell targets. Recommend and execute customer lifecycle marketing initiatives in alignment with business focus and requirements. Implement data-driven marketing techniques to optimize lifecycle campagisn and improve customer engagement, retention and upsell outcomes.
- Track and analyses weekly and monthly key financial and performance indicators to ensure the respective products and initiatives are on track to hit the P&L and business case targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Min 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, business/product development or product management with P&L focus
- Strong, demonstrated analytical skills
- Good business acumen, able to bring the story behind the numbers
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in project management, process-thinking and customer experience matters
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated drive and enthusiasm, track record for getting things done
- Creative, highly motivated resourceful, independent and has strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to a dynamic market environment, with a focus on customer insights and competitive positioning
