Operations Analyst (Credit & Loan Support cum Fund Ops)- 12 month contract

Perform operational activities pertaining to margin calls and collateral maintenance

• Perform maintenance activities relating to Unit Trust Funds
• Ensure processing accuracy of all work performed
• Ensure assigned tasks are processed in accordance with agreed service levels
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies
• Support any other tasks related to reconciliation and report preparation activities
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders, external count

• Handle queries from internal stakeholders, external counterparties, relationship managers and relationship officers
• Participate in on-going IT system enhancement, testing, launching & implementing of new system and new business initiatives
• Handle ad hoc projects/initiatives as assigned Qualifications
• Diploma Holder or above
• Good product & banking knowledge
• Meticulous and have a keen eye for details
• Able to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate operational risks from time to time
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Good inter-personal skills
