Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Key Account Sales Manager role at Sapience Consulting Pte Ltd. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, engaging in sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients.This role is based in Singapore with the option for some remote work.

- Account Management experience
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Independent and self motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the IT training or consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
