The Job- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
- Update customer information in the database.
- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English. An added second language is an advantage, to speak with non-english speaking customers
- Persuasive and highly motivated to drive sales
- Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.
