The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.
The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. For more information, please visit Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) for Individuals.
A certificate will be given to successful trainees upon completion of the programme.
What will you do?
Accountable for maintenance and calibration of plant equipment and in qualification state for maximum plant availability. Responsible for capacity management of all routine, non-routine, project, shut down, maintenance of manufacturing assets and systems.
- Ensure availability of plant assets to prevent production downtime.
- Ensure adherence of all maintenance task planning, scheduling, and liaising with user to release equipment for maintenance.
- Provide support to new project construction and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with TS Planner on maintenance schedule in ensuring smooth operation of all production and maintenance activities.
- Deliver the Monthly and Weekly Maintenance and Calibration plan.
- Support TS Frontline team on TS Engineering Spares forecast, management and reliability.
- Responsible for coordination based on the WOPM workflow for Corrective works, Modification works.
- Coordination with TS Planner/ TS FLL on management of vendor onsite and external services
- Participation in Site Strategic projects.
- Degree or diploma in engineering discipline.
- 2 years of working experience on equipment maintenance, planning or scheduling with manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Problem Solving
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite of application especially MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of cGMP for pharmaceutical manufacture. (Mandatory)
- Knowledge on SAP system
- Knowledge on Learning Management System such as Mylearning.
- Understand and experience the GSK Culture
- Work with a diversified team of professionals
- Implement technical knowledge and skills that you have acquired at school
- Apply and develop soft skills such as interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
- Transport to and from site to MRT stations in centralised locations all across Singapore (only for manufacturing sites)
