Our client, a well-known company in the financial services industry, is looking for talent as a Telemarketer / Tele sales Executive / Sales Executive.
Job Description:
- Convert leads provided by the partner bank to sales through telemarketing.
- Handle customer enquiries with confidence.
- Correspond with customer through emails.
- Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment; and
- Achieve sales target for the team and individual set out by business.
Requirements:
- Minimum O levels / N level / Nitec or equivalent.
- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales.
- Sales driven and possesses can-do attitude.
