Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant - School

Contract Period:

  • 1 Mar 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 + 1 Year Optional renewal by the school

Deployment:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Works:

  • Man the reception counter in General Office.
  • Perform Customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office.
  • Management of records such as maintaining and updating filing and inventory.
  • Manage lost and found items and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay,– including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons and providing basic first aid to injured students.
  • Managing all student matters such as Student and Class Photos, NRICs applications in school, School Health Checks, Dental Checks, QSE surveys and other events with Students. Packing of phamplets, leaflets and souvenirs for staff and students and assist Teachers in-charge.
  • Secretarial tasks such as arranging appointments, organising meetings, calling students and parents for fee arreas etc.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as required by School Leaders and Admin Manager.
