HR Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work independently to implement best-in-class HR practices while adapting them to fit our unique company culture and business needs. Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
- Design and deliver training initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster professional development
- Manage performance review processes, including creating frameworks that drive meaningful feedback
- Address complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR functions
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment legislation
- Experience implementing HR programs independently from concept to execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Proven problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of Singapore Employment Laws
- Fast learner - overseas employment regulations in the markets that we operate in
Preferred:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience working in the F&F Industry
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Change management experience
