Pasir Ris - Marketing & Business Development Executive

Indo Rasa is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Business Development Executive to take full ownership of both marketing and business development initiatives.

This role covers end-to-end digital marketing, social media management, design, content creation, partnership development, events management, merchant platform operations, and customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, organized, and fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (In order to communicate with Indonesian Customers and Vendors)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media & website) including editorial planning, design, video output and copywriting.
• Create and design promotional content using Canva, including digital assets, flyers, banners, and all related print materials.
• Manage merchant platforms (GrabFood, Deliveroo, Foodpanda, Lazada, website) including updates, claims, reviews and customer engagement.
• Handle customer reviews (Google, social media) and ensure timely follow-up for service improvement.
• Coordinate with influencers and media for promotions and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
• Handle Indo Rasa official phone to engage customers with pre-orders, enquiries, event bookings, and collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with front-of-house operations (e.g., cashiering, food service) especially during peak hours.

Requirements :

• Open for Singaporean or Permanent Resident only to apply
• Strong background in Marketing, Business Development, and Digital Marketing.
• Skilled in content creation, social media strategy, and tools like Google Analytics.
• Proficient in Canva or other design platforms for marketing collaterals.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia written & spoken ( In order to communicate with Indonesian Customers and Vendors).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to thrive under pressure, multitask, and commit to demanding work schedules, including stationing at outlets during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Passionate about Indonesian food & culture.
