Our client is a Japanese company that provides an office search platform and brokerage services. This role of Sales Executive (Real Estate) is responsible for driving the sales of office space solutions, managing client relationships.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director in Singapore.
【Responsibilities】- Initially handle 4 to 5 clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable office spaces.
- Select and present the most appropriate office properties based on the client’s requirements.
- Conduct property viewings, assist clients with applications, and handle negotiations to ensure the best terms.
- Manage the contract process and provide ongoing follow-up support to clients until the contract is finalized.
- Work with the team to determine strategy and direction based on the budget provided by the head office.

‐ ¥200,000 with 5 days of workation.
【Requirements & Preferences】- Must be qualified and certified as a RES (Real Estate Salesperson-Real Estate).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in listening, speaking & writing in both English and Chinese is essential for communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Stable profile with experience working long-term at a single company.
- Inexperienced candidates with RES are welcome to apply!
- Working experience in Start-up firms or Japanese firms will be an added advantage.
