Job Description:
Human Resource Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR initiatives across all areas, including human capital management, people development, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
Operational Improvement: Design and execute HR programs and strategies aimed at optimizing organizational effectiveness and enhancing operational productivity. Ensure HR practices align with business needs and contribute to overall performance goals.
Policy Development & Implementation: Partner with senior business leaders to design, implement, and review HR policies and practices that support the company’s objectives, culture, and regulatory compliance.
Payroll Management: Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and adherence to legal and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Education & Experience: A Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management (or a related field) is required. A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in human resources, with a strong focus on both operational and strategic aspects of HR management.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge and up-to-date understanding of employment laws and labor regulations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiently utilize tools such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP in Excel to analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-mak- Candidates with extensive experience may qualify for senior-level positions with higher competitive compensation accordingly.
