As a Lead Solutions Architect, you play an important key role as one of the pillars of the IT team that drives the organization forward.

Description

We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect with expertise in OutSystems low-code development and DevSecOps to drive the design, security, and deployment of scalable enterprise solutions.

This role requires strong leadership in software architecture, system integration, cloud technologies, and secure development practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, security teams, and development teams to create innovative, secure, compliant, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the overall architecture and technology strategy for OutSystems applications.
• Design and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Establish best practices, development standards, and governance for OutSystems.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS TRM, GDPR, ISO 27001), and industry security standards.

• Lead the implementation of enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
• Guide development teams in delivering secure, efficient, and user-friendly applications.
• Oversee performance optimization, security enforcement, and usability improvements.
• Ensure proper CI/CD integration, DevOps pipelines, and cloud deployments.

• Embed security-by-design principles within the development lifecycle.
• Implement automated security testing, including SAST, DAST, and vulnerability scanning.
• Ensure compliance with identity and access management (IAM), OAuth, SAML, and zero-trust architecture.
• Advocate for shift-left security practices, ensuring security is built into applications from the start.
• Work with security teams to monitor and mitigate security risks across applications and infrastructure.

• Architect seamless integrations with ERP, CRM, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Lead cloud adoption and deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement API-first architectures, microservices, and serverless computing solutions.
• Ensure secure cloud infrastructure, implementing encryption, access controls, and security policies.

• Provide technical mentorship and coaching to developers, architects, and junior engineers.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and reusable components.
• Conduct code reviews, security audits, and vulnerability assessments.

• Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and security teams to drive secure digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technical and security-driven solutions.
• Present technical roadmaps, risk assessments, and security strategies to senior leadership.
