Survey Phone Interviewer | 1 Year Contract
Job Description:
- Conduct survey interviews by phone calls via corporate customers
- Data entry for completed surveys and conduct data verification on completed surveys to ensure the data is accurate and reliable
- Conduct phone calls to respondents for verification and clarification of data
- Status update report to supervisor
- Attend to incoming calls through the relevant hotlines
- Ensure all KPIs given are met
- Ad-hoc duties
Benefits:
- Annual Leave : 14 days per year

- Completion Bonus: 1 month (after 12 months of service)
Working Hours:
- 5 days – Monday to Friday
- Between 8:30am
- 6:00pm – 44 hours work week
Attire: Office Attire
Salary: $3000 + $100 (If achieve KPI) = $3100 Gross per month
