Programme Executive ( 1 Year Contract )

Working days: 5.5days
Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
Working location: Eunos & Around Welfare Home
*require to visit other welfare home for meeting
Salary range: SGD 2600 - SGD 3000

Job Details

As a Programme Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Programme Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
Relevant working experience in healthcare or social service sector

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the implementation of programmes across different facilities, ensuring that they are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner
Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
Work closely with facility staff to develop and implement programme plans
Monitor and evaluate programme performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff, programme participants, and other stakeholders.
Manage programme budgets and resources
