Woodlands - Warehouse & Operations Coordinator

Sunday Bedding is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Officer to support our team in ensuring a smooth execution of logistics and warehouse operations. This role requires expertise in processing orders, packing stocks, managing housekeeping of the warehouse and maintaining accurate records of inventory.

• Process customers’ orders including picking, packing, arranging parcel collection
• Packing stocks for our retail outlets, pop ups, stockists
• Receive shipment, unpacking and arranging stocks at the warehouse
• Set up stocks for pop ups according to our visual merchandising guidelines
• Support product photoshoot’s operations, including setting up, steam-ironing of sheets
• Manage housekeeping of the warehouse ensuring there’s enough space for current and incoming stocks, organize space for efficient workflow
• Conduct stock count at the warehouse
• Support retail staff as and when necessary
• Other duties as assigned
