Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and service adoption.
• Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including concept creation, content development, and performance tracking.
• Optimize SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing to increase website traffic and conversions.
• Oversee website management, including design updates, content improvements, and UX enhancements.
• Collaborate with service teams to develop accurate and compelling promotional materials.
• Engage with followers, clients, and influencers on social media to build brand loyalty.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience (professional services background a plus).
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Meta, Rednote), SEO tools, and design software (Canva, Adobe).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills (English + Chinese).
• Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and CRM systems.
• Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
