Our client is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Singapore. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organisation's resilience and ability to continue operations during and after disruptions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for devising, implementing, and managing strategies to maintain essential functions and recover swiftly from unforeseen events. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, effective communication, and a strong background in Business Continuity Programmes.

What you'll do:
As a Business Continuity Analyst, your role will be crucial in safeguarding the organisation's ability to operate during and after disruptions. You will identify potential risks, conduct thorough assessments, and develop comprehensive continuity plans.Your collaboration with various departments will ensure all critical functions are covered in these plans. Furthermore, you will take the lead in conducting training sessions for employees, developing educational materials, and raising awareness about business continuity practices.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans

The ideal candidate for this Business Continuity Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in business analysis, particularly within the Business Continuity Management domain. You have demonstrated knowledge of project management's key components and possess excellent communication skills.Your strong influencing/negotiation skills coupled with your experience in process improvement make you an asset to any team. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience is also required.
- 5-10 years of experience as a business analyst, especially in the Business Continuity Management domain
- Demonstrated knowledge of key components of project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
