With a strong global presence and a commitment to excellence in both product and process, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead regional expansion efforts across ASEAN. This is a strategic role focused on building customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales team in a competitive, tech-enabled environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and manage key accounts across the ASEAN region.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing, supported by internal teams.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to deliver consistent performance.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts; prepare reports and strategic insights for leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and ensure service excellence.
- Take on additional projects or initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development—ideally within the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing sales teams.
- Proficient in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
