- Jurong East
Working Hours:
- 2 Rotating Shifts (morning & afternoon), any 5 days
Job details:
- Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
- Handle difficult visitors and situations and execute service recovery.
- Responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.
- Conduct regular audits on service, productivity, accuracy and safety to ensure compliance to organization’s guidelines and regulations.
Job requirements:
- Min N/O/A/Diploma in any field
- Able to start work ASAP or on short notice
- Prior experience in managing a team of service associates is needed!
