What you'll be doing?
  • Drive sales strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for valves and instrumentation measurement products.
  • Expand customer base: Identify and pursue new business leads, visiting potential customers to uncover opportunities.
  • Build relationships: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key customers, enhancing the company's brand through advanced communication skills.
  • Manage projects: Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and allocated projects with efficiency and expertise.
  • Lead the team: Oversee the sales and marketing team, guiding them towards achieving predetermined annual sales targets.
  • Promote capabilities: Market the company's strengths and offerings to both new and existing clients.
Who are they looking for?
  • Industry experience: At least 3 years of experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment, or Pharmaceutical.
  • Technical expertise: Solid knowledge of valves, instrumentation, and measurement systems, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Market insight: Familiarity with the Singapore customer base, particularly Jurong Island, and a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Networking abilities: Established connections within relevant industries for quicker onboarding and success.
  • Creative mindset: A flair for creativity, presentations, and initiative to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Team player: Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Mobility: Possession of own transportation for customer visits.
