We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automated testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

The role requires working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute automated test cases, scripts, and tools to ensure the quality of our products. Note: Priority will be given to Singaporeans & Singapore PR-holders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Java.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to identify and prioritize test cases
Execute automated and manual tests to ensure quality, performance, and reliability of our products
Report and track issues found during testing and ensure timely resolution
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability of the codebase
Continuously improve the automation test suite and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
Strong knowledge on JAVA programming. Prior experience as a Java Developer will be an advantage.
Proven experience in backend testing and automation using Java.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and REST Assured.
Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Testing certifications (ISTQB) is a plus.
