Facilities Maintenance Manager

The Facilities Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of a building's maintenance and repair, including developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, managing external contractors, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the facility operates efficiently and safely, while adhering to budget constraints and compliance regulations; requiring a strong understanding of building systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term facilities management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Assess facility needs and recommend improvements or upgrades
• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, cleaning services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure staff readiness.
• Any ad-hoc matters assigned

Job Requirements:

• Have relevant certificates if any
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the field
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
