Team Management: Oversee worker schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.

• Cost Estimation: Create estimates for labor, materials, and other project costs.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Work with clients, Project Managers, and construction teams on budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate Deliveries: Manage the delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers.
• Subcontractor Management: Hire and assign tasks to subcontractors as needed.
• Job Site Log: Keep a daily log of site operations and report to management.
• Adjust Operations: Make changes as needed to meet construction deadlines.
• Cost-Effective Management: Implement efficient and budget-friendly management techniques.
• Piping and Installation Supervision: Oversee piping fabrication, pre-assembly, installation, and material coordination.
• Reporting: Report man-hours, manpower, and job status to the section manager.
• Monitor Job Progress: Ensure work quality and project progress.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety systems are in place and meet regulations.
• QA/QC Liaison: Work with QA/QC to ensure inspections are passed.
• Progress Reports: Prepare and submit daily progress reports to supervisors and clients.
• Planning & Scheduling: Ensure the project has a clear plan, timeline, and budget.
• Safety & Quality Control: Maintain safety and quality standards on-site.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve construction issues.
• Final Inspections: Ensure the project is completed correctly and on time for client handover.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong skills in managing teams and communicating effectively.
• Construction Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, and technology.
