Your Role
- Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on
- Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
- Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services.
- Full Training Provided (No Experience Needed)
- Comfortable to speak to customers on the phone
- Follow up with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
