Talent Acquisition Specialist [Changi] - Pasir Ris

Hours: 8.30am-6.30pm (Mon - Thu); 8.30am-5.30pm (Fri)

Job Scopes:

• End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and interviews to offers, contracts, and onboarding.
• Talent Strategy & Planning – Collaborate with HR and divisional stakeholders on manpower planning and talent attraction strategies.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline – Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline using various sourcing channels, including social media and professional networks.
• Compliance & Analytics – Ensure recruitment practices comply with regulations (e.g., FCF, PDPA, TAFEP) and analyze hiring data to improve processes.
• Employee Lifecycle & Engagement – Handle exit, retirement, re-employment, and participate in career fairs, networking, and recruitment projects.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Min 2 years in HR / TA
