We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Admin Executive to join our team at a bustling bakery. This role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations within our establishment. As an integral part of our team, you will be working in an open office environment where your contributions will directly impact our customer service and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet Walk-In Guests: Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers during busy periods or when server assistance is unavailable. Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, addressing inquiries and directing guests as needed.

Office Work and Order Management:

  • Handle incoming orders via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Generate invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize kitchen scheduling software to organize and schedule tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders from the kitchen to maintain consistency and excellence in service.

Sales Calls:

  • During quieter periods, proactively engage in sales calls to reach out to potential customers.
  • Showcase our bakery offerings and promotions, aiming to expand our customer base and increase sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software and familiarity with scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience or willingness to engage in sales activities.
  • Must be fully vaccinated in accordance with COVID-19 safety protocols.
