As a Head of Allied Health, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the team of allied health professionals
• Plan and set the clinical direction for the therapy practice
• Manage the staff development
• Implement and conduct internal/external orientations, events and seminars
• Participate in training and development programme to be updated with the development in the areas
• Identify the needs of the individual client and implement the appropriate therapy/programmes
• Evaluate the intervention with appropriate outcome measures
• Work closely with other departments/teams in the programme
• Handle the procurement of therapeutic devices and etc.

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree/Master in relevant field
• Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council as a Full Registrant
• Proven track record in leadership
