Trust & Safety Solutions Specialist - Bukit Merah
The Role
As the Trust & Safety Solutions Specialist at Intellect, you will play a key role of enabling the go-to-market, sales, business development, and revenue growth efforts of our Trust & Safety business line, leveraging your experience and understanding of the Trust & Safety ecosystem and sales & business development experience.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the Trust & Safety space, and also in establishing strong partner relationships, knows the nuances and complexities of the space, and has an understanding of the delivery and implementation needs of servicing Trust & Safety teams to make for effective pursuits and acquisition efforts of clients in this segment.
As an individual, you will need to be a resourceful, self-driven person, one who is great with people, can collaborate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally, and can hustle and drive outcomes. This is a key and highly impactful role with large opportunities for growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the expansion of T&S via GTM and revenue growth
- Build strong distribution partnerships with relevant channel partners
- Conduct effective client engagement and needs assessments
- Solution design and consultation
- Sales strategy and proposal development
- Ensure effective project management from pre to post sales
